The Development Bank of American Samoa has available for rent five rooms, beautifully refurbished, totaling
6,888 sq. ft. on the second floor of the Lumana’i Building in Fagatogo.
Of the five rooms, the three facing the main road each have an area of approximately 945 square feet, while the remaining two rooms in the rear of the building facing the mountain are a bit smaller with an area of
756 square feet each.
DBAS operations manager Iutita Galea’i, who is the contact person for all questions and inquiries on the Lumana’i Building, says that she has received some local interest but no deals have yet been finalized.
She added that there was an inquiry received from an organization in Hawaii, and paperwork involving a possible lease has been transmitted between the two parties.
More spaces are expected to be available after Metro Enterprises, currently occupying more than half of the Lumana’i’s first floor, moves their stuff out of the spaces they are using on the second floor of the building.
Leases may be for as short as one year and can be renewed.
And the only thing better than being in a prime location in the busy downtown area is the fact that the advertised spaces are being leased for only $1.25 per square foot.
