Register today for the 2008 Holiday Music Festival
The deadline to register for this year’s Christmas Holiday Music Festival is November 28.
The American Samoa Arts Council is sponsoring the annual Holiday Music Festival scheduled to take place on December 21 and 22 at the Fagatogo Pavilion (Malaeoletalu).
(This follows the 2008 Territorial Christmas Program for all ASG departments and agencies, scheduled to take place from December 17-19).
Interested groups may register in person at the Arts Council Office inside the Jean P. Hayden Museum in Fagatogo. Registrations made over the phone will not be accepted.
Leaders of registered groups and organizations will meet next Monday for various discussions about the program scheduling. And while the program is scheduled for only two nights, if there are too many groups, a third night of performances will be added.
Bad weather will result in a change of venue from the Fagatogo Pavilion to the Governor H. Rex Lee Auditorium in Utulei.
