Non-profit applications can be submitted to the Criminal Justice Planning Agency (CJPA) electronically via this email address:  julia.pereira@cjpa.as.gov  or return a hard copy of the application to CJPA Office, located on the 3rd floor of the A.P. Lutali Executive Office Building in Utulei, Am. Samoa. Please choose only one option, not both, to submit your application to prevent duplication and confusion.  Your first submission will be considered as the final application. The new deadline to submit your application is Friday, July 22, 2022.
